Launchpad is an exciting opportunity and the first of its kind in the UK. Life coaching has been proven to help people make positive changes in their lives and get more of what they want and less of what they don't want.

Residents in the Dalgarno and World's End neighbourhoods have a chance to sign up for a course of Life Coaching sessions absolutely FREE.

To sign up you will need to be between 18 and 60, live in a council or a housing association property and be receiving benefits. You could be eligible even if you are working!

All you need to do is turn up with a desire to make a change in your life. The change you are working towards could be anything, from wanting to improve your health to going back to college, changing your career or learning a new skill. It is completely up to you.

This is a new project which will offer up to 10 personal life coaching sessions. You will be allocated your very own experienced life coach who will help you achieve your goal.
