Welcome to the new Adult Advancement Careers Service webpage!

We at NOVA are proud to introduce a new and exciting community outreach service which we will be delivering at various children's centres and community based venues through-out the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The service provides quality information and advice around employment and training as well as referral routes to specialist advice on issues ranging from housing, healthcare, disabilities, legal, childcare and money matters.

Are any of the following keeping you from securing employment or progressing in life?

Do you see yourself in any of the stages below?

• STAGE 1: Cannot see any possibility of getting into work
• STAGE 2: Thinking about the possibility of working now or in the future
• STAGE 3: Have ideas of what you want to do, take initiative, but still some areas to work on
• STAGE 4: Developing job-search skills, have a realistic sense of what you want and are able to do it in the world of work and learning; however, still need support
• STAGE 5: Probably need support if a course or job came to an end to look for the next one

Through regular action planning and reviews, you will be helped to get step-by-step assistance and identify the best progression route to achieve your short/long-term goals.
