To use any of our services, you need to register with us
How to register with NOVA
You need to come along to our office any:
- Monday morning 10am -12 noon
- Wednesday morning 10am -12 noon
- Friday morning 10am -12noon
New clients are seen on a first come first served basis so it is advisable to arrive early otherwise you may need to return another day.
You will need to give us your National Insurance number and show proof of address. If you are unsure which documents may be suitable, please phone us on 020 8960 2488.
Making an appointment
Half hour individual sessions with an Employment Advisor are available by appointment. You can make an appointment by popping in to NOVA or phoning 020 8960 2488.
Drop-in advice sessions
If you just need quick advice you can drop in to our office or phone 020 8960 2488 on Tuesdays or Thursdays 4pm - 5pm. Clients will be seen on a first come, first served basis.
