NOVA is a small voluntary community organisation. It has been helping local people for over twenty years - with ICT training; building confidence and helping people to get into work.

In March 2006 NOVA expanded to include a numeracy, literacy and English language unit. It has also since added a professional service for advice, guidance and assistance with all aspects of job seeking.

The new additions mean that NOVA is now able to offer a comprehensive service to people looking to enter paid employment - equipping them with all the basic skills demanded by business - ICT, Numeracy and Literacy - and then help them find the right job.

Despite the fact that NOVA is growing, it remains an intimate and friendly place. The organisation is determined to follow its ethos; supporting the right of all people to better themselves irrespective of their backgrounds.

NOVA is run by a close dedicated team who share the same belief in creating a non-judgemental, positive atmosphere for people to work in. We are always happy to see new faces and welcome back old ones.
