- Iris Apablaza
Director - Iris joined NOVA in 1988 as an ICT Tutor and soon took on a senior role. Iris came to the UK as a refugee from Chile and her drive and determination to support people from all backgrounds to realize their potential earned her an MBE for her services to the community in October 2010.

The Board of Trustees
NOVA is governed by a Management Committee that meets 4 times a year and presently consists of 5 members:

Volunteers
NNOVA works with up to 40 volunteers at any one time. Volunteers come from a variety of backgrounds – from former learners to local people wanting to give back.
